Craniosacral Therapy

I've practiced craniosacral therapy for over 11 years. I enjoy it, as I enjoy all energy modalities.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is my specialty. I like to be thorough, and so I ask my clients to understand that a deep tissue massage is not a full body massage. It is specific and meant to work out issues in the muscles.

Reflexology

Another favorite of mine. Reflexology is a beautiful way of reading the body. It truly is amazing what is held in the feet.

Hot Stone Massage

I was given the opportunity of learning hot stone therapy nine years ago, and it is my favorite modality of massage both to give and to receive.

Sports Massage

I've trained in sports massage, sports injury massage, and Russian sports massage.

Pregnancy

I've worked with pregnant women in a spa setting my entire career. Please let me know in advance of your pregnancy, so that I am equipped with the appropriate pillows.

Thai Massage

I attended a Thai yoga seminar given by Heath and Nicole Read in 2006, and I have been practicing Thai yoga massage ever since.
