Starting with a holistic mindset, she helps her clients achieve long-term wellness results. She has worked with women for 10 plus years and started her journey in the fashion industry. Wanting to offer more, Maia developed natural skin care products using her grandmother's recipes but soon realized that beauty comes from within and holistic health plays the main role in how we look or feel about ourselves.
Maia considers herself a health activist and is determined to help as many women as she can on their journey to health. Her six-month coaching program addresses various well-being issues such as excess weight or belly fat, low energy, insulin resistance, brain fog, adrenal burnout, inflammation, and menopause symptoms. She also integrates yoga into her program, helping her clients to achieve mind-body-spirit connection! Maia feels that by incorporating physical activity and a spiritual aspect of her program, she can achieve great results for her clients.
Her wellness paradigm is a union of primary and secondary food choices. She is a lifelong learner. Her curiosity and motivation help her to stay professionally current on fast-changing whole-food nutrition, mindfulness practices, body movement, and essential oils. She is also highly motivated to help correct our broken "sick care" system by making preventive care and plant-based whole food medicine the central focus of her services and programs.
