Cara has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2006. She graduated from The Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2005 where she received advanced training in neuromuscular therapy. She has also studied Facial Reflexology under Lone Sorensen and is a certified facial reflexologist.

Cara is wonderful. I have been having horrible leg cramps that would wake me up every night and nothing worked to releave them. I told Cara about the issues I was having and she knew exactly what areas of my body to work on to give me some relief. I have been going for a few times and I have relief for over a month after each session. Having regular appointments with Cara is a necessity for my health.
