In my practice, communication is key! Listening to and taking care of your body is the most important part of keeping your body in balance. I encourage my clients to relax, focus on their breathing, and let me do all the work. I also encourage my clients to vocalize what they are physically experiencing as far as different types of pain, uncomfortable movements or anything unsettling.

You will get the best massage! She is great at listening to how much pressure you want and any areas that you have pain or sensitivity. The lobby area is quiet and peaceful, and Amber is a caring and skilled massage therapist. She is also concerned about her clients' overall wellness. I'm more than satisfied with my experience.
