I do weights and BJJ which can be rough on the body. Whenever I get muscle soreness or pain, Carlos' massage melts the issues away. I've had back pain, neck pain and a pinched nerve in my shoulder all at different times and each time I'd go Carlos, he'd take care of those and the next day I'd feel like the injury never existed.
