If you want someone who understands physiology and how to relieve pain and help muscles relax, Shawna is an excellent choice. My previous massage therapist recommended Shawna when she retired her table. No matter what type of massage I need: deep tissue or relaxation, Shawna has been my choice for years. My visits to her office are an important part of my self-care routine.

Shawna is a great massage therapist. The carpets are dirty though...and that creeps me out a bit. Please get them cleaned or take them out.
