Each new client session starts with a full consultation and assessment to customize treatments to your individual needs. No massage is the same because no body is the same. I use a range of techniques to reach your goals; trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping and IASTM (scraping). If you don't know what these are, that's okay! I chose techniques that work best for you.
Your recovery doesn't stop at the end of our session! I recommend stretches and corrective exercises to continue your progress in-between treatments. Let's get you back to feeling great!
