Hey there!
My name Is Jennifer and I'll be your massage therapist at your next appointment!

Here is a little info about me:

I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2009 and obtained my license in 2010. I started working primarily with chiropractors, working on clients suffering injuries from motor vehicle accidents. I enjoy seeing the healing process in action, using therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques to help the body recover.
I love to connect with my clients, so I will undoubtedly ask you a bunch of questions so I can know what exactly is going on with you and your body. I love being able to find trouble areas and work them out, so you leave the office feeling relief (basically, like jello). Each and every massage I do is tailored to you and it will be different every time you come in because the body is always needing something different! From car accidents, to work related stiffness, to all around muscle soreness from starting a new fitness routine, I am here to help!

I am a wife, mother, photographer, massage therapist, and student. When I am not massaging, you can find me lifting weights with my amazing husband in our garage gym, spending time making nutritious meals for our family of 7 (yup, I said seven), or doing something outdoors like hiking, camping, exploring, gardening, etc. My family is super important to me, so most of my free time is spent with them making memories!

I am also a small business owner! I am owner and main photographer of J & Six Photography here in Salem, Oregon. I love being out on adventures with people and their families, capturing those sweet moments that they will cherish for years to come! Lifestyle, love, and babies are my jam! I love all the rest too, even capturing the beauty of nature in landscapes and macro photography of flora.

If that doesn't make me sound busy enough, here is another little tidbit: I am currently a university student, taking classes towards my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design! 

I took a break for a few years to raise my five beautiful babies, during which time I started seeing Melissa (Tranquil Moments owner) as a patient, now I am so excited to be on the other side doing massage again, and to be a part of the amazing team!
