Previous experience in competitive cycling cultivated an early interest in diet, exercise, and massage.   More than 25 years have passed and I still enjoy long rides with good friends.  Recent experience in care-giving for older family members has renewed my interest in helping others through healthy lifestyle choices.  Appropriate exercise, bodywork, and diet can vastly improve quality of life for anyone!

I have done reflexology for almost 30 years.  Now, with greater understanding of the power of touch, I am glad to be involved in whole body therapy to help individuals recover.  While sports massage first interested me when I competed, I have learned a completely different touch with massage for people living with cancer.

Besides caring for aging family members, my wife and I are active in the community volunteering.  Together we enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures.

I think the cupping definitely made a difference! It clearly released the muscles along my spine. When I stretched last night and this morning my whole spine snap crackled and popped! That never happens. Although as soon as I looked at my phone for 5 minutes this morning my right arm and fingers were asleep. But I believe that is because it is more skeletal and not a muscular problem (from the vertebrae degeneration). I will try to budget in once a month, wish I could do more! Thanks Jay

Very knowledgeable and effective. Responds well to the needs as they become apparent in process of the session.

I've had a lot of massages in my life, but this was different. It actually felt healing AND relaxing. I found Jay very knowledgeable and he was happy to share how I could improve my health. Wonderful experience. I still feel amazing a day later. Thanks Jay! *Psst, don't tell my husband but he's getting a gift certificate for Velo Integrative Massage for Christmas. :)
