My first Zero Balancing session sparked my journey as a bodyworker. I loved how ZB felt and wanted to learn how to offer it to others. This deeply energizing therapy frees the body and the mind by using clear touch to the bones, joints and soft tissue. I have trained with ZB developer Fritz Smith, MD since 2004, and graduated from The Muscular Therapy Institute in 2005.  I am Certified in Zero Balancing and Certified to teach both beginning and advanced Zero Balancing classes.

In 2006 I founded the Massage Therapy Program at General Electric Aviation in Lynn, Massachusetts, where I worked until 2019 as part of a clinical team, offering massage therapy and Zero Balancing to help employees recover from work-related and personal injuries.
