Brian Carren, LMT, CPT, GFI  

Brian is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the fitness field. He is also a veteran of the US Military and the Montgomery County Maryland Fire and Rescue Department.  Brian is passionate about helping others, and loves working with clients with difficult issues.

Brian is a graduate of the B/O Massage School Germany, TMC Thai Massage School in Thailand, and the Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, MD. Brian mastered both the National NCBTMB  and the MBLEX Certification Exams. Brian loves helping others with hard-to-solve issues and is very passionate about massage, stretching, and fitness
