I can help you feel good in your body.

I originally got into the massage field as a flexible part time job to help me fill in the slow season of my theatre career. After being in the business for a few months I realized that massage is what I am meant to do. I enjoy helping people and massage has an instant gratification that other professions do not. I can see the difference I have helped to create within the clients bodies when they step out of the massage room after a session. It is a very fulfilling feeling to get to experience on a daily basis.

I attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, https://crsmt.com/. It was a 12 month program accelerated down into four months, so it was a very intense, but I got to study on the beach! We had an outdoor classroom and lived less than a minute walk from the ocean. I had a pool out my front door and a 30 second commute to my classroom. An unforgettable and life changing experience.

Modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myo-fascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. I can also incorporate some Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Massage, and Reflexology into a session.

Hobbies: Reading, Travel, and Geocaching.
