I am a well-versed Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) I attend to patients at Metamorphose Therapy, (my private practice), in St. Paul, MN. I'm also serving athletes at the Minnesota Golden Gophers football team and the Minnesota Wild corporate office personnel. As a massage therapist, I have dedicated training and unique experience in the manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to relieve pain, promote injury healing, improve circulation, and relieve stress.

I've attended Saint Paul College and was awarded certification in therapeutic massage. Additionally I hold an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Clinical Sports Massage. I completed the program for Holistic Nutrition Coach at Saint Paul College, and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I stay at the forefront of my challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations, such as the of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Amy has a thorough knowledge of each muscle and how best to bring relief. I've been waking up with a sore neck for weeks. Had a massage yesterday and today woke up with my neck feeling good. Amy is professional, her space is clean and relaxing, and she gives one of the best massages I've ever received. I highly recommend her.

Amy made the intake process relaxing and comfortable. Amy communicated through the appointment to ensure that my needs and desired objectives were being met.
