Hi! I'm Mindy Adair-Sanford and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist at Belle Ame Massage Spa in Downtown St. Louis specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. I'm also a Reiki Master and a Pranic Healing Practitioner. I feel that creating a safe space to receive massage and energy work is essential to my client's health and overall well-being. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge through continuing education in order to accommodate the needs of all my clients.
