As a Montana native I've always been drawn to nature. Growing up in the Mission Valley gave me even more of an appreciation for the mountains and everything mother nature could provide. This love of nature guided me into learning more about holistic medicine and alternative forms of pain management. I studied at a wonderful school in Cornelius, NC, which specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and reinforced that I had chosen the right profession. Within my massage practice I only use all natural products, that not only provide an enjoyable massage session, but also provide wonderful benefits to your skin, muscles and well-being. Being the mountain lover I am, when I'm not in the studio, you'll find me with a kayak, backpacking gear, my dog, or embracing the winter for all its' glory.
