Every session is personalized to tailor to your specific need whether it’s post knee surgery, chronic pain, pre-natal, fibromyalgia, repetitive stress syndrome, frozen shoulder, migranes, stress and anxiety, muscle tension, relaxation.  I have had incredible success treating myofascial adhesions using massage cupping, myofascial release techniques and deep tissue work.  I’m also a Reiki practitioner which only enhances the session to encompass body, mind and spirit.

With over 200 modalities within massage therapy the opportunity to learn something new is always exciting. I can never get bored... and neither do my clients.
