    Hello everyone, I am eager and excited to lend a healing hand! After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Sports Behavior and Sociology at West Virginia University in 1998 I decided to pursue my calling. I have always had a passion and fascination with the human body and it's workings. This led me to enroll at the South Carolina Massage Therapy Institute in Myrtle Beach, SC in 2001. I furthered my education at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charleston, SC in 2003. 

     I gained an interest in skincare and received my Facial Specialist license at First Coast Institute here in St Augustine in 2013. I have over 14 years of experience in massage and bodywork, practicing a variety of modalities which include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy, Thai Massage, Chair Massage,  Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Body Scrubs and Therapeutic Wraps.
     I continue to learn and grow in both of my professions. I strive to live an active and healthy lifestyle while promoting massage and bodywork and overall well being.  As a Massage Therapist and Facial Specialist, I am dedicated to creating a peaceful, healing, and quality session. I believe touch is powerful and healing to the mind, body, and soul. I bring presence, intent, awareness and passion to my practice. Looking forward to meeting you!
