How did I get into massage therapy? That was easy. When you are married to an "old football jock" you will find yourself doing a lot of massage. When our youngest child was old enough for me to start looking at getting back into the workforce it really was a no-brainer.  I enrolled at Mountain State School of Massage in 2015. Best decision ever! Becoming a massage therapist was life changing for me.

I love educating people that you don't need a pill for every hurt you have. I feel that although there are times that pain pills are necessary most times they are not.  I personally know that there is nothing like a great massage to help fight depression.
