My name is Kimdra Payton and I'm excited for you to learn more about me.  

I attended the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and completed the 600 hour Massage Therapy Program in January 2017.  I recently passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) and I'm now licensed by the State of Michigan Board of Massage Therapy to practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

I firmly believe in the multidimensional concept of health.  A true healthy individual is balanced both mentally and physically.  Most people focus on the physical aspect of their health, but tend to neglect their psychological needs.  I have learned so much about the benefits of massage and the correlation it has to health.  There are several benefits such as enhanced circulation, improved sleep quality,  reduction in muscle tension, stress relief, improved joint mobility , and many more.  I have experience with Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Shiatsu, and many more modalities that can assist in providing clients with a unique massage experience.

I currently operate Lillie Valley Massage, which is located at 3145 Shattuck Rd., Suite B, Saginaw, MI 48603.  I look forward to the opportunity to help you discover the many benefits of massage!
