If you are familiar with massage, there are a number of modalities, and I have had the opportunity to work in different backgrounds. I have worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and have always had an out call service to work on clients that are not able to get out or that do not have a lot of mobility. I am able to preform and certified in pregnancy massage, oncology, myofascial, cranio sacral, swedish, positional release, and deep tissue just to name a few. I am also currently working on certification in full body stretching as well as muscle activation technique. Just a helpful hint....if you are new to massage, or haven't had a massage for quite some time, I suggest making an appointment for a 60 minute massage, however, if you regularly receive massage, I suggest you make an appointment for a 90 minute massage. The reason I say this, is because most people want to work on "focus areas" and still receive a full body massage. You can address "focus areas" in a 60 minute session, however you would not receive much time on the rest of the body.
