With over 30 years of experience and 3,500+ hours of advanced training, she weaves Vedic lifestyle anchors, energetic recalibration, and holistic care to meet each person with precision, presence, and heart.

Erika has walked a wide and deep path—gathering medicine from Caribbean islands to Himalayan mountaintops, and integrating it into structured care over the last 25 years. Moving between the Sierra Nevadas, making medicine from the land, and serving the lower valley, she has developed a system that addresses every part of you and how it lives in your body.

It is not enough to survive—you must learn to thrive and up-level your life without force, or you will collapse under the weight of trying.

Her work supports those navigating trauma, nervous system imbalance, and deep transformation—especially sensitive, intuitive, and energetically aware individuals, as well as those already walking a path of mastery.

Sessions may include a blend of 20+ bodywork modalities, vibrational alignment tools, and soul-informed care, all customized in the moment.

Erika is also a certified holistic health practitioner, plant-based wellness guide, and longtime meditation teacher, yogini, and shamanic healer.
