 I have been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years now. My specialty is deep tissue, along with pain relief from long term use. Everyone is not made the same, that is why each massage is focus on your individual needs. No cookie cutter massages in my office! I'll work out your tension areas by means of massage techniques as well as using cupping and Kinesio taping. When you walk out of my office, it will feel like you are walking again for the first time but without any pain!

Jena always knows right where the work needs to be done. Her hands go to the sore spots immediately. The environment she provides is friendly, relaxing, clean, and very professional. Would recommend Jena to to anyone with chronic back issues, chronic pain, or even if you just need an hour to relax.
