I have been a massage therapist since 2005. I first considered a career in massage therapy because massage was one of the things that helped me manage my stress level in my high-tech job. I also have always enjoyed working one-on-one with people. After a little research, I decided to make a career change. I attended the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA to earn my certification in massage therapy. I have continued my studies, focusing in perinatal massage, massage cupping, and abdominal massage. My new passion is manual lymphatic drainage.
In addition, I earned my Masters in Education and became a Certified Health Coach. Many of the issues I see in my abdominal massage clients are lifestyle related, so adding health coach services is a natural fit and additional way to help my clients.
