In this 6-month mentorship, I gained skills in neuro-myofascial, visceral, structural decompression, and energetic techniques with the intention of achieving holistic therapeutic outcomes. I enhanced my palpation and observation skills and became more attuned to the body's communications.

I had a great experience with Jennifer at Halcyon massage. The location was easy to find, the space was welcoming, and Jennifer was very kind and easy to talk to. The massage was extremely relaxing which is what I was looking for and I felt myself in a daze for the rest of the afternoon. Will definitely be going back.

My session was a lovely blend of Craniosacral Therapy and neuromyofascial facilitation which immediately dropped me into a very restful place. Experienced a new technique today. Wasn't the deep tissue I was used to, but after I left and even the next day my muscles are loose and relaxed, and not hurting as they usually do after deep tissue. It was amazing.
