Go, try it out... those aches and pains you call normal for your age may not be "normal" and there may be relief in your future. I know I have felt a great improvement in pain in my neck, shoulder, arm and other areas despite having 4 herniated disk in my neck. I haven't slept this well in months and months! There are too many benefits in my case to list here. Try it for yourself. She's amazing!

She is good at what she does, she helped to relieve some pain, and tightness, and it is so much better than a deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Kim.
