Go, try it out... those aches and pains you call normal for your age may not be "normal" and there may be relief in your future. I know I have felt a great improvement in pain in my neck, shoulder, arm and other areas despite having 4 herniated disk in my neck. I haven't slept this well in months and months! There are too many benefits in my case to list here. Try it for yourself. She's amazing!
