Fred believes in “the importance of a better you.” His massage services are open to locals and visitors alike, and always customized to best meet individual needs for health and well-being.
Fred has worked in a number of industries, from sales and customer service to education, but it was his experience working with handicapped and disabled adults that first made him realize his passion for helping people. Today, that passion is realized through aiding clients in their efforts to live healthier, stronger lives.
Fred draws upon several different techniques and modalities, resulting in a unique and individualized experience for each client. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their concerns along with their histories at the start of each meeting. He strives to help them achieve relaxation, reduced stress, pain reduction and improved circulation.
In order to make the most of each session, Fred also takes care to talk about healthy habits and lifestyle choices with his clients. These can range from nutrition to posture, and are driven by his desire to help people live, feel great along with educating them in continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
A typical session may include Swedish, deep tissue or myofascial release techniques in order to relieve pain and facilitate injury recovery. Fred also incorporates energy work, reiki and stretching techniques. It is his goal to address the root cause of pain, whether it is body mechanics, anxiety or anything in between.
Fred believes in the benefits of massage not only for personal comfort but for quality of life as well. Bodywork, he says, can lead to greater confidence and self-esteem. He hopes to treat his clients to what he describes as, “a level of healing and relaxation that rebuilds the self that has been damaged by stress to the body and soul.”

Background & Training

Since having earned his professional license as well as additional training in Reiki, Fred continues to study advanced techniques and modalities. He is driven by a desire to constantly improve and continue to excel in his field of study to offer the clients the best treatment that is best suited for the clients health and well-being.

Emphasis on therapy. I attend regularly to keep keep the muscles around slipping discs from knotting and pulling. It’s amazing what good maintenance on these knots can do for keeping those disks from feeling badly. Do it and feel young again.
