Sagebrush Massage Therapy began in February 2021, inspired by a deeply personal journey. My spouse had been struggling with chronic back pain after fracturing his lumbar vertebrae. For years, he found little relief—until I booked him an appointment with a massage therapist specializing in structural and corrective movement. That experience was life-changing for him and a revelation for me. I realized there was something profoundly missing in our lives: a deeper understanding of how to address and alleviate pain holistically.

Motivated by this discovery, I enrolled at ZMC, where I graduated at the top of my class. During my training, I developed a passion for anatomy and physiology and found a particular interest in structural massage techniques. To expand my knowledge, I sought out advanced training with some of the leading figures in the field, including Dr. Erik Dalton, Ph.D., James Walsawski, and Allison from Rebel Massage.

This commitment to learning and growth continues to drive me as I focus on the medical side of massage therapy, helping clients untangle the complexities of their pain and guiding them toward holistic healing.
