I was a certified chiropractic assistant in a chiropractic office in Natomas for 2 year and a half prior studying massage and has been a certified massage therapist in the state of California since 2007. I performs therapeutic massage in variety of styles - traditional Swedish massage, orthopedic massage, soft tissue release, Thai massage, sports massage, myofascial bodywork, tui na, functional bodywork and chair massage. Recently completed a continuing education in (NST) Neurostractural Integration Technique (Bowen therapy).

I currently holds certificates of completion of advance level training from the prestigious Erik Dalton's Freedom from Pain Institute, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique and hold 120 hours of acupressure practitioner training which customizes all techniques into one, powerful, approach.

A member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).
