an is a massage therapist specializing in Neurosomatic Therapy (NST). As a science/mystic “nerd” and lifelong lover of movement, Ian tried personal training school before stumbling upon massage therapy. Ian went to massage school at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Florida before coming back to Washington to begin practicing. Ian enjoys the constant challenge of adapting to the specific needs of each client. He is particularly passionate about helping patients discover and unwind subtle patterns keeping them in pain. In his free time, Ian enjoys hanging out with his family, reading and experimenting with obscure works on meditation/self-work, exercising, taking walks in nature, long ranting conversations, and the occasional netflix binge.
