Cara was attracted to massage as a career when she received her first massage at 18 and knew it would be her passion in life. Cara attended The Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy and is certified in Forearm Fusion, Cupping, Pregnancy massage, and Hot Stone massage. She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Cara has taken her 23+ years of experience in the spa atmosphere to create a unique experience for each of her clients. She is passionate about helping people relieve pain through relaxation. She is especially honored to work on elderly clients and clients with fibromyalgia. 

When Cara is not in the office, you may find her in the garden tending to her flowers. She enjoys live music, reading and spending time with family.
