I graduated December 2014 from River Valley Community College's 750+ hour massage therapy certificate program.  I became licensed in New Hampshire in 2015 and opened my practice in Royalton Village and Wilder, Vermont.

Some of the massage therapy modalities I studied and practice are: Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point.  These modalities can be provided on a massage table or in a massage chair.

I am currently enrolled in an acupressure certification program.   Recently I have taken training in manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, positional release therapy, and completed year one of Eden's Energy Medicine.    I enjoy updating and refining my skills through attending as much training as possible.
