While there she learned many different techniques and modalities, including cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and reiki. The massage therapist had a consultation with me prior to the message asking where are my problematic areas and did the massage with the right amount of pressure and the right technique to get rid of the problems. The next day, I felt really good and no pain.

It was just what I needed after moving my son here a couple of days prior. She worked out the knots until they were gone. I felt much better afterwards!
