My journey to become a Massage Therapist was born of a desire to change lives. I knew I wanted to do something that made a difference just didn't quite know what to do or how to go about doing it. God however had a plan and for the last 26 years He has used the work of my hands to bring about healing and transformation in my life and in the lives of my clients. My prayer and heart’s desire is to continue to glorify God with my hands the intention of my heart and in so doing continue to be instrumental in the healing and restoration of all whom I am privileged to touch.

 I completed my course of study in Massage Therapy at Florida College of Natural Health and was licensed in 1993. I have subsequently trained in the following modalities: Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Reiki, Decleor Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and various Spa treatments. Also completed Yoga Teacher training in 2017.
