As a massage therapist, my goal is to provide customized therapeutic services to help clients live their life to the fullest. I am a proud 2020 graduate from Georgia Massage School and also have a bachelor's degree in General Science from Pennsylvania State University. I have always had a love for massage and after 11 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, I started out on a new career path. I am grateful for every opportunity to help others through massage and enjoy using a variety of different techniques in every session. I am trained in Swedish, neuromuscular, pregnancy, orthopedic, PNF stretching and lymphatic massage.

This was really my first real massage. Jamie was exceptional in explaining what the procedure would be and even better at explaining what she was doing as we went through theropy. I appreciated it so much I booked my next visit with her before leaving.

Jaime is an amazing massage therapist! Her massage blended an extensive knowledge of the body and strong intuition. I appreciated the additional support she provided with educating me about things I can do between sessions to support my progress, like stretches, referrals for other providers that would be helpful for my imbalances and recommending a reasonable self-care routine for massage that makes me look forward to taking care of myself!
