With more than 40 years of experience, Dean Pastor has been providing Sports Massage to professional athletes, Olympians, and weekend warriors. Dean’s massage techniques can be the perfect adjunct to the new exercise program or the seasoned Iron-man hopeful. Dean combines deep tissue to loosen tight overworked muscles and both passive and active stretches to increase range of motion and flexibility. The result can be increased stamina and endurance through the benefits of massage.

Dean has been married for 38 years to his wife, Louise, and has two daughters and a grandson. He lives in the Roseville area after moving to the Sacramento region nearly 25 years ago. In Southern California, Dean's massage practice grew and developed utilizing his massage techniques to address the aches and pains of all levels of athletic endeavors.

In addition to sports massage, Dean also offers Pre-natal massage assisting expectant moms through the discomforts of pregnancy, and Therapeutic Massage to assist individuals that suffer from both acute and chronic pain and/or injuries.

For both the chronic pain suffer as well as those dealing with pain from over exertion or auto accidents, many have found relief from discomforts through massage provided by Dean.

Each massage session is tailored to your individual needs at that moment, often the massage will vary in intensity depending upon your levels of discomfort.
