Catherine is an outstanding Massage Therapist. After injuring my lower back and hip, I went to physical therapy. My PT recommended massage therapy to help heal faster. Catherine has a unique gift to find muscles you did not realize were tight and sore, and continuously work them until they release. She varies her pressure to be exactly what you need to relieve tension. The added bonus of the personal sauna is fabulous. Her room is quiet and soothing, you will leave feeling completely relaxed. HIghly recommended!
