I have been a fitness geek for as long as I can remember, participating in activities like running, cycling, swimming, weight training, yoga and most recently Pilates. Having many injuries along the way, my massage practice is ever-changing as I discover new ways to help the body prevent and recover from injury. I am in awe of the mechanics and wonder of the human body, which drives me to continually pursue further massage training, helping not only athletes, but anyone in pain.
