I first became interested in massage as a mom, who had children in sports.  Massage was a way to help my children in their school sports career.  I became the mom who was on the sidelines who would stretch out the kids with cramps in their hamstrings or shoulders.   


I attended school in Eugene, Oregon at Lane Community College. I hold a license in massage in the state of Oregon.  I have had training in British Sports Therapy, and have worked closely with chiropractors for eight years.
