I am a creative and innovative person by nature. I have a history of working with Acupuncturists and Physical Therapists along my journey and I have learned a great deal about the body from them. After finishing massage school, I studied Craniosacral, Cupping Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial and even Sound Therapy. Two years into my practice, I realized that many of my clients were seeking more than just massage therapy, they wanted a head change. That’s what eventually led me to pursuing certification in Life Coach. In my personal life, I am constantly pursuing education on new modalities and seeking ways to manage my own physical and mental stress. I believe that the mind-body connection is the realm I have been called to practice in. I can’t wait to meet you and work together to create positive changes for your quality of life!
