Dalia is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. Her goal has always been to help others feel better and maintain that level of wellness throughout their daily lives. Her specialties include Prenatal Massage and Clinical Cupping. Other modalities she works with include Sports, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and some Thai Massage. She is a strong believer in self care and the multiple benefits a person can receive from a great massage session.

Having worked as Chiropractors Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017 and with over 1k hours of hands on has provided me with ample experience. While honing my craft I discovered my specialties are Prenatal Massage and Clinical Cupping. I hold certifications in both as I feel being properly trained is very important to be able to give my clients the very best sessions and results. I also have done continuing education classes on rehabilitative types of massage, Thai Massage, Sports Massage and even Doula services.

Dalia is the best massage I’ve ever received. I have gotten a lot of massages and am very picky! Dalia knows exactly where to add more pressure, spend more time on certain areas and even give you a good stretch. I highly recommend her. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I am 35 weeks pregnant and was very hesitant about the pressure of the massage Dalia would provide. I explained that I really wanted a deep tissue massage. My results were instantaneous!! I will definitely be going back (even after the baby)

Dalia is an amazing massage therapist. She explained things to me during the massage and gave me information on what she was doing. She listened to my needs and pressure. I will be returning to her regularly so my body can feel better! I highly recommend her!

Dalia is an absolute gem! Her technique and skill always far exceed my expectations. She pays close attention when I explain my trouble areas and she makes thoughtful choices in order to address those issues. I have had plenty of massages in the past, but her incorporation of cupping has left me hooked. It helps decrease my pain significantly more so than massage alone, I highly recommend it! The space is clean, inviting, and most importantly, relaxing! I cannot wait for my next appointment!

Dalia is amazing! I went in with neck and shoulder pain and left feeling great with minimal pain! I tried cupping for the first time and I can’t wait to go back and do a full cupping session! I highly recommend Dalia!!! Warm and welcoming atmosphere as well!!

I have been seeing Dalia for my back pain for quite some time. Every time I leave her office I can walk out of feeling relieved. My aches and pains have dissipated.
