I grew up on a farm outside of Lytton, IA. Graduated from Rockwell City/Lytton High School in 2009. I then attended Simpson College for one year majoring in Exercise Science. Even though I loved the classes I wanted to do something more. I then got my associates degree in business from Des Moines Area Community College in August of 2011. I grew up on a farm outside of Lytton, IA. Graduated from Rockwell City/Lytton High School in 2009. I then attended Simpson College for one year majoring in Exercise Science. Even though I loved the classes I wanted to do something more. I then got my associates degree in business from Des Moines Area Community College in August of 2011. Shortly after I started massage therapy school at La James International College in Fort Dodge, IA and graduated in March of 2012. I started Total BodyWorks (TBW) Massage Therapy on April 24th, 2012 in Sac City. I worked with chiropractor Dr. Lance Jenkins (Jenkins Chiropractic) in Sac City until I moved on April 5th, 2016 to the Sac Community (Rec) Center. On September 10th, 2014 I opened up my office in Rockwell City with cosmetologist Marcia Lynch. In February 2016 I became a certified personal trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE). In July 2017 I became an ACE certified fitness nutrition specialist. I opened up my new and current studio in Rockwell City (215 4th St.) in September of 2017. Now I am only located in Rockwell City at my new studio. In April of 2020 I became certified in health coaching. I provide personal training sessions, massage therapy treatments, and health coaching sessions Monday - Friday. Click on the Services Offered tab to see the hours.
