Massage Therapy ~ Embracing Health

I've been practicing massage since 1998. Right after I got out of college and got married I had a desk job though there was no joy and satisfaction in my job. My husband encouraged me to attend massage school since that is where my heart was. When I was in college I played D2 volleyball and after matches my team mates would all line up for me to work on them. :)  I am continually learning and current...

:)  I am continually learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Each time you see me your body may need a different technique. Your massage is designed around what you need.

I work with everyone: desk jockeys, weekend warriors, triathletes, stay at home parents, teachers, baristas, pastors, professional athletes, student athletes just to name a few.

Best massage I've ever had . Angie's ability to tune into the areas of stress and inflammation is incredible . I left feeling relaxed and more flexible .

Angie was personable and asked pertinent questions that led to to a focused treatment of my problem area. She communicated well and I felt I had a good understanding of what my specific problem area was and what caused it. She gave me helpful tips to use at home and I will definitely become a return client.

It was relaxing and enjoyable. I didn't want a deep massage first time around and Angie did exactly what I wanted. Next time I plan on going a little deeper. Expect it to be just as enjoyable.

My first prenatal massage with Angie was a great experience. She listened to my goals for my pregnancy and labor and how I hoped massage would help me achieve these goals and was very receptive. Her background as a doula was an added bonus when it came to making me feel comfortable! I am so excited to have her apart of my prenatal care team and hope to continue care with her postpartum.
