Liz is hands down the best therapist I’ve ever experienced. She has an advanced and comprehensive knowledge of the muscoskeletal system and intuitively knows how to detect and treat each problem area.

Been going to Liz for several years twice a month and been getting massages in general for over a decade pretty regularly. Liz is the peak professional to work with as it relates to skill and professionalism, with her help I am able to effectively mange chronic wrist tendonitis to the point where i don't have flare ups anymore while when before I was have bed enough flareups 2 to 3 days a week. I can play tennis and golf whenever without issues, along with her treating sporadic soreness and pain elsewhere as it crops up. Can't recommend her enough, she works hard so her clients cant live their best life.

I have had more massages than I can remember and Liz, by far, is the best massage therapist I have work with. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to work on a painful area, or just relax after a hard week, she can do it all.
