I use my professional knowledge and expertise to decide on a form of Manual Therapy that suits the clients needs . Postural assessment and correction , Trigger Point Therapy , prenatal therapy , Migraine treatment , Frozen Shoulder release, sports massage and Stretch sessions are just some of the modalities in my bodywork tool box!
I started working with the team at The Fix Therapy in 2016 and they have given me a platform to share my expertise by instructing continuing education classes for other massage therapists and health care professionals .
I am now also a Sports Stretching instructor at empower fitness Viera .
