I've had lash extensions at other places, and my eyes are first cleaned. This did not happen here. No gloves were worn. At one point she left the room to "remove her contacts", and I was left with my eye lids taped for a period of time. Upon her return, her hands were not wet/cold or smelling of soap or even alcohol from hand sanitizer. I do not know the rules as far as what is legally mandated, but this does not seem very sanitary to me. The end result does not look like the photo I provided either.
