Nothing!! Karen, if you want honest reviews, then do not gaslight a person if the review is negative. If you actually listened to clients your would get a lot further. I speak my truth of the experiences I had with you and your business. I'm my opinion you did not address my lymphatic concerns, you were only concerned with up selling your add on services to make more money. Despite the fact I told you I was looking for a therapist l could schedule regularly with twice a month, you still wanted to upsell, you dismissed my concerns from the first appointment. You were very unprofessional, unsanitary and this was the WORST experience I ever had.

Unprofessional, minimal skills, talked the entire time trying to upsell herself and extra services. Everything from scheduling to the actual massage to the lack of cleanliness was , in my opinion, the worst. I do not recommend. Do not gas light or try to insult me for giving you my feedback.

The ambiance was really great. You can tell she has put a lot of effort into the inside of her business. Unfortunately I just didn't have a great time while I was there. She showed up a little late to the appointment which would have been totally fine if there was some communication. She just seemed unprepared when she did show up, like she maybe forgot about the appointment. From the moment I stepped in the building until leaving, including while I was actually being massaged, it was a constant upsell. It was getting quite frustrating. During the massage she also left to attend to another client who had shown up early. The whole thing was just uncomfortable and I wish I could say it was a good massage but it just wasn't there for me. I left feeling worse.
