I was very sore for months before my massage. I finally got relief and felt great after the massage and I slept better than I had in a long time right after the massage. I was going to go only monthly, but after my experience, I decided on twice a month. It is so worth it.

Karen’s initial consultation was rather lengthy in my opinion but it was because she to the time to thoroughly explain all of the different services that she offers, yet wasn’t pushy about it.

The 30 minute sauna is very relaxing and gets my body ready for the massage. I have the whole room to myself to get ready and get in the sauna and I am given a small towel and a robe and slippers to walk from the sauna to the massage room which is right next door. I brought a book to read to pass the time so it went by very quickly.

This was my first 90 minute Swedish Massage and I loved it. The room has low lighting and salt candles and music. Karen is very professional and very good. She can adjust the pressure to my needs which I appreciate. I already booked another appointment for next month and am so looking forward to it.
