Christy mainly works on my upper body for now.
She provides a thorough understanding of when and where to apply deep pressure to my joints...for they are knotted up and ao tense.
She knows the pressure point:when to apply and when to ease up.
Yes I would recommend Ms Christy again to the Department of Veterans Affairs. We need this type of wellness, big time!
