Throughout my diverse career in healthcare spanning over 20 years, I have embraced a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. In my practice, I strive to integrate well-being's physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects, drawing upon my varied experience in massage therapy, nursing, and mental health. 

As a massage therapist, I've learned the importance of the mind-body connection and how physical relief can contribute to overall well-being and healing. My experience as a registered nurse has taught me the value of evidence-based medical interventions and the critical importance of empathy and effective communication in patient care.
