Lisa has been in the health/wellness field for over 20 years. Before beginning massage, she obtained her Physiotherapy Certification from the state of Maine and worked in a busy chiropractic office as a Physiotherapist. She went on to graduate in 1997 from The New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts and became a Nationally Certified massage therapist. Lisa balances her specialties in Neuromuscular Therapy, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy with certifications in Myofascial Mobilization and Neuromuscular Techniques. Lisa is passionate about educating her clients and empowering them to take control of their own health and well-being. She has experience working with clients who are recovering from accidents, injuries and chronic pain, and is particularly focused on holistic healing that addresses the root causes of the injury or illness. Lisa was born and raised in the beautiful state of Maine and now lives in Rockford, MI with her husband and three boys. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, road biking, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
