I attended Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, a school that focused heavily on anatomy and neuromuscular style massage, and realized how beneficial and healing massage can be to our overworked, over-stressed bodies. 


Since graduation, my continuing education has been focused on the clinical side of massage; I am a Medical Massage therapist, certified in various modalities such as vacuum cupping, thai/stretching massage, and prenatal massage performed either side lying, supine with a wedge, and/or face down with a bolster designed to accommodate most growing moms, to really get some pressure on that sore low back.

All massages are customized to fit your needs on that day. Whether your goal is pain relief, relaxation, or a combination of both, we will focus on what is needed. There's nothing more frustrating than getting the 'same ol same ol" massage when you've said xyz hurts today.

CBD massage cream and salve can be added to the massage as a natural way to help fight inflammation and provide instant relief to sore/achy areas. All natural and THC free, CBD is applied during the massage to problem areas, and you take home the remainder of the container (plenty of uses remaining).
